Full Set Property is a Victorian company set up to handle the works, upkeep and presentation that every property needs, without the owner having to chase each trade.
Why "Full Set"
Whoever holds the full set of keys to a property usually ends up holding everything else too: the repair that keeps coming back, the paint that needs touching up before new tenants, the list of jobs to finish before photos are taken for a sale.
Full Set Property exists to carry that list. We are a newly established company, registered in Victoria in 2026, and we work from the 3012 postcode in Melbourne's inner west.
What we do, and what we do not
We coordinate maintenance, fit-out and presentation works and provide hands-on support to the people who own and manage property. That means scoping the work, arranging the right trades, managing access and following each job through to a clear handover.
We are not a real estate agency. We do not sell, lease or advertise property, and we do not collect rent. Where a sale or tenancy is involved, we work alongside the owner and the licensed agent they have appointed.
